I remember watching this live. I was about 9 and didn’t really understand 3 Mile Island at the time but I just liked Jimmy Carter turning into a giant and marrying the cleaning lady.

I’m going to tell my kids this was the hit show, “Chernobyl,” from HBO.

I think this is the best sketch of the original area. I really miss this level of ambition.
