Michael Jackson The Experience is the essential Dance and Party game for fans of the King of Pop. Packed with 26 of Michael's most unforgettable hits including "Billie Jean," "Beat It," "Smooth Criminal" and many more. The game features full 4-player support requiring only a Wii Remote for each player. Your Wii registers the movements of each Wii Remote as players follow a series of small on-screen silhouetted prompts, or those of the King himself as they work through authentic choreography from both famous Michael Jackson live and music video performances. Individual player performances are rated in real-time on-screen and lyrics are streamed as you play for full effect and aid of your timing. The game features a variety of modes including single player, a challenge mode featuring 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 support and a practice mode in which anybody can learn to groove like the King of Pop.

Well, there's been a resurgence of the Wii so we dug ours out. The Kiddos are now young adults and we have some young nieces and nephews. I think the young adults have more fun than they did as kids and it's been wonderful to introduce this to the next generation. Wii was such a great family concept and MJ music transcends the generations.

When I first heard about this Wii game, I wondered how in the world would anyone be able to dance, or even "move" to the music of the best pop artist the world has ever known, (and will ever know). Being a huge MJ fan I did not think I was going to buy this CD, mainly due to the fact that I thought this was a hard task that could only be attempted either by kids or by those who already are accomplished dancers. But then, only in order to honor the Man and the Artist I so much admire, I decided, not without fear, to order "Michael Jackson, The Experience". I own almost every MJ video out there and over 90 of his songs that I regularly listen to on my mp3 but it never had occurred to me that I could try to "move" along as MJ performed on the stage accompanied by those extraordinarily gifted back-up dancers. Well, yesterday I did it and, to my surprise, I got a fairly good score. I started by selecting those songs that I thought were the best for me and never went past the "medium" degree of difficulty. I started with "They don't care about us", which I did four times in a row, and then went on with "Smooth Criminal" which I did twice. I am not a young woman but I do workout a minimum of five times a week, including twenty or more minutes on my Pilates machine. Though I am in pretty good shape for my age, I did break a sweat "moving" to MJ's music. What's more, though I am still mourning MJ's untimely death, I still managed, to my surprise, to have a lot of fun. I highly recommend this game to everyone, most especially to those who, like me, are huge MJ fans. Thank you Ubisoft and everyone involved in the making of this excellent game. The graphics are very appealing, the sound is excellent, and the choreographies make it easy for everyone to give this game a try. By buying this game I am not only having a lot of fun but I feel I have also honored the *Man* and the *Great Artist* I so much admire. I have no doubt Michael himself would love this game as well as the professionalism that has been put into it. I am only hoping Ubisoft will soon come up with Michael Jackson The Experience Number 2. When they do, I will be first in line to get it. On a side note, I think the addition of the white glove was a great and very sweet idea. It's been much appreciated on this end. ***Michael Jackson forever!(Love you always, Michael!)

This game is awesome!! I use it as my daily workout and stress reliever. I am a die-hard MJ fan and my 9-year old son is twice as devoted to Michael as I am. He LOVES Michael since he was a toddler and he taught himself to moonwalk, tiptoe and may signature MJ moves. When this game was announced I HAD to get it for his birthday! This game is totally amazing. The interface is nice but still easy to navigate; We love the song selection: classic hits like Billie Jean, Thriller, Beat it, Bad, Smooth Criminal, etc. are all there, but also several funky disco hits like Rock with you, Sunset Driver and more; they even managed to choreograph some ballads and other songs like Who is it and Money, which is nice! The Dance school is pretty good, although, compared to the sophistication of the training modes on the new dance games for the Kinect, this is merely a collection of video tutorials. You have to dance and win star points to unlock more training routines, which keeps you motivated. The songs range from reasonably easy to almost impossible in level of difficulty. But even some songs that are marked easy, may be quite challenging, so there is very little room for boredom here. One of the few things my son and I found annoying, is that they changed up some classic choreographies: Thriller and Beat it, to be specific. They are so different from the original that is even laughable, but I guess they have to make it possible for all people to dance. We were a bit disappointed because we know the whole choreography to both of these songs and were very surprised that these routines are quite...different. However, they are still Michael-esque and loads of fun. I have been playing for months and I'm still not bored! I really recommend this game!

I love, love, love this game!

I received it in the mail yesterday and played it all night. This game is a fantastic way to let lose to some awesome tracks. The song selection was fairly decent, there are a few songs I don't remember but most of the fan fav's are on there. Some of the moves are a bit hard to get down but the more you play the more you can unlock helpful features. The tutorials are a little cheesy but beneficial.

This game alone makes me want to stock up on Wii's so that I can always be able to play it and show future generations who didn't grow up with Michael.

This game is really fun to play, the only reason I give it a 4 instead of a full 5 is because it's a little hard to watch Michael dancing in the middle and keep track of the next move coming up. I want to look at Michael and follow him but he moves so fast that it's hard to predict what he will do next. I shouldn't complain because I know I can never be as good a dancer as Michael, and maybe I'm the only one who can't follow along that quickly. I'm sure the more I play the more I won't have to reply on the game to tell me what move is coming up but I think it would have been easier to follow if the moves were on the bottom instead of on the side.

I would still recommend this to a friend for sure!

If you like dance games add this to your collection!!!

I liked some of Michael Jackson's songs but I wasn't a hardcore fan so I wasn't sure if a game JUST of his songs would be for me but the graphics, game play, and dance moves won me over. This is the best dance game I have ever tried. I first used it 3 years ago and I still love it to this day. If Ubisoft comes out with another "Experience" I hope it follows this format and not the one they used for the Black Eyed Peas.

Caution: You may end up a MJ fan after using
