EMILY If you were into the creepypasta scene as a kid, it brings back a lot of elements of growing up in that world online. Its subtle in the best of ways while being genuinely scary at some points. Either way it's an interesting watch that brings you back to 2013 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/23/22 Full Review James D An incredible film surrounding the internet, the location of it also shows more less extreme horrors though such as loneliness, empty environments, depression, etc. Jane did an incredible job on this movie and I am so excited for their new film "I saw the tv glow" Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/17/24 Full Review Marina D This was one of the dumbest movies I've ever watched, across all genres. Hardly anything happened the entire time. I sort of get the creepy vibe the director was going for but it didn't work at all. Complete waste of time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/14/24 Full Review Harry W It's a movie about getting groomed. The actress was fine. The movie does do a good job of keeping the suspense and the creep factor high and continuous, but nothing happens. Ever. At all… The resolution/crescendo if you could call it that is interesting, but the antagonist does, again… nothing… maybe I'm missing something, but I doubt it. Save your time and literally do anything else. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 04/13/24 Full Review Tristan S Ignore the audience score on this website if you are actually a fan of movies. People used to Marvel movies with explosions every five seconds are not going to like it… I'm not sure why they would press play to begin with. This is a good movie that I was thinking about for weeks afterwards! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/10/24 Full Review tederuxpin Other than one or two interesting visual effects this was a very slow and pointless movie. Ty Burr Ty Burr's Watch List I feel like I absorbed "We’re All Going to the World’s Fair” at a subcutaneous level and will be feeling its effects for some time to come. Rated: 3/4 Dec 9, 2022 Full Review Tom Shone Times (UK) It’s thinly sketched and a bit too arty, but Cobb, in her first feature, is harrowing. Rated: 3/5 Aug 24, 2022 Full Review Alissa Wilkinson Vox Genre-defying, subtly unnerving... Aug 5, 2022 Full Review George Kowalik Vague Visages We’re All Going to the World’s Fair prefers the space between categories. This position facilitates a unique experience of time, much like the COVID-19 pandemic. Oct 4, 2023 Full Review Nuha Hassan The UnderSCENE We’re All Going to the World’s Fair is depicted in many ways, but the movie itself is being watched and seen by the character and the audience. Sep 4, 2023 Full Review Hector A. Gonzalez InSession Film Unfortunately, the World’s Fair doesn’t amount to its potential thematically and narrative-wise.
