Automated Telephone Banking
As America's Most Convenient Bank, we're committed to providing you with the ability to bank by phone whenever and wherever you want.
You can use our Automated Telephone Banking service to check your balance on checking, savings and loan accounts, as well as for transactional information, including deposits, ATM withdrawals, loan payment activity and much more. In addition, you can enjoy funds transfer capability on eligible accounts – transaction limits may apply.
Online Banking
You can continue to enjoy Online Banking with even more convenient features. Later this summer, you'll be able to get real-time account information, review your account history, build up to 18 months of checking and savings statements, and even go paperless. Also, you can use the FREE Bill Pay service to pay your bills.
Plus, after September 26, 2009, you will be able to see a consolidated list of all your accounts from TD Banknorth and TD Bank.
Bill Pay Service
If you use our Bill Pay service, you can avoid overdraft fees by making sure that you have the available balance in your account before setting up a bill payment. Pending bill payments will be displayed on a separate screen so that you can easily see at a glance what payments are due to be paid. This also gives you the flexibility of scheduling more than one payment for the same payee at any given time.
Personal Financial Management Software
When we introduce our new Online Banking system later this summer, if you use Personal Financial Management Software, such as Quicken®, you'll need to re-establish your account within your software. To simplify the process, we will provide you with detailed instructions that will appear after you have logged in to your Online Banking account. It will only take a few minutes to set up.
