Michael Sweeney Obituary
regret to announce the death of Brother Michael J. Sweeney (Ret). Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4-7PM at Sweeney F.H., 66 Concord Rd, Billerica. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Theresa Church at 10AM on Friday. Brother Sweeney was a member of the IBEW for 54 years.

Mr. Sweeney was such a wonderful, proud dad. I have so many memories of visiting Leah at home and sharing time with he and Gerry and I adored his quiet humor and dedicated dad presence at all of Leah's events big and small. His love for family was so special. You are all in my thoughts and heart this week as I send my deepest sympathies from Maine.

My deepest condolences to Gerry and family. Although acquaintances for a while, I had the pleasure of getting to know him better while we were both helping a friend. The words kind and generous come to mind, but I really enjoyed his sense of humor. He will be missed. May you all find peace and comfort in the memories you share. RIP Mike
