Susan Alesina

Susan Alesina is the Vice President, Major Partnership and Mergers, at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she leads efforts to develop affiliations and expand partnerships with national health systems and hospital providers. Susan brings over 20 years of health care experience helping organizations to implement growth strategies and navigate through change. Her direct industry experience spans biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, where she has held management positions in strategic planning and analysis, business development and communications.

In September 2015, Susan joined Boston Children’s from EMD Millipore, where she was global head of communications and was responsible for articulating the strategy for various business areas. Susan received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
