    I got an offer from my second company but am still waiting to hear back from the first. Is it okay to tell the hiring manager/recruiter about the offer and that they're my first choice? I guess this has it's pro's and con's. Pro could be that it might speed up the decision process or see that I'm a good asset for the team??? Con could be that I'm lacking knowledge of employment practice or make the recruiter feel pressured. Many possibilities that can lead to. It may help me or backfire.
