AVOID AVOID AVOID
Where do I start.
I used staples as it's a well known and trusted name, and we used to have a store in our home town.
I ordered a 3 drawer filing cabinet, costing approx £100.
The first one arrived damages, the replacement was really badly damaged and the 2 replacements also arrived damaged.
That's 4 damaged items in a row, that had to be repacked and sent back which was inconvenient and time consuming.
The inability to deliver an item undamaged was remarkable. Customer services were helpful.but the whole process was frustrating.
How can they not supply a single cabinet that's not dented to bits.
Sadly my advice would be AVOID at all costs.
It's just a shame I can't add the photos to this review.
