Where do I start.
I used staples as it's a well known and trusted name, and we used to have a store in our home town.
I ordered a 3 drawer filing cabinet, costing approx £100.
The first one arrived damages, the replacement was really badly damaged and the 2 replacements also arrived damaged.
That's 4 damaged items in a row, that had to be repacked and sent back which was inconvenient and time consuming.
The inability to deliver an item undamaged was remarkable. Customer services were helpful.but the whole process was frustrating.
How can they not supply a single cabinet that's not dented to bits.
Sadly my advice would be AVOID at all costs.
It's just a shame I can't add the photos to this review.

Bluray drive arrived in excellent condition.

However the courier company that was used did very little to keep me informed as to its' delivery progress. I checked after about a week on its' delivery progress on the Staples website when it had not arrived, only to discover that they had tried to deliver it on three separate occasions (No note through the door/ No e-mail to inform me that they had tried to deliver it), and were returning it to sender. When I contacted Staples I was able to get it resent and gave them some updated delivery instructions, and now I have the drive.

Quick delivery and packaged very well. Plastic storage containers are exactly what I needed. Strong, clear and stackable.

I remembered Staples from my days living in South London as a shop for stationery and computer supplies.
When I needed supplies I turned to them again but this time online. Their response was immediate and helpful and everything I needed was with me by the next day. A delightful experience. I missed mooching about the shop though.

When I ordered 2 ink cartridges they were in stock, then I only had one delivered to be told one was not in stock for weeks. I would have ordered them both elsewhere if I had known.

Made a small order and received a dispatch notice without any tracking. Weeks later it hasn’t arrived or been updated, and a message to customer service has gone unanswered. Still waiting for some sort of communication or redress.

Items delivered the following day as described and the items performed well. The bags were strong each filled 3/4 full with A4 paper (not shredded) and they withstood the weight with no sign of failure.

Order was delivered the next day and instructions for safe place followed. The item was efficiently packed (no excessive wrapping/boxes etc). Overall extremely happy with the service.
