Jalen Hemphill - Principal

Dr. Hemphill has a passion for innovation and has been a leader in implementing new programs and initiatives to improve student learning and engagement. He is committed to creating a positive and inclusive school culture and ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Hemphill earned a Bachelor of International Relations and a Bachelor in Modern Languages with a focus on Spanish in Business Administration, as well as a Masters in Education Administration from Southern Methodist University. He is also working on his Doctor of Education as a program candidate in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University. Hemphill is also trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Arabic.

He is excited to work with the students, faculty, and the Spring High School community to continue the school's tradition of excellence.
