Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

Visited this place with my friends in December. We had a totally great party.
Bar is quite large, bartenders works fast enough so you won’t have to wait a long time for another cocktail. And you’ll sure find something to your taste there.
People were friendly and overall atmosphere was fine.
As for me, its one of Prague’s most appreciated places.

We visited Chicago for a quick cocktail on our way back to the hotel across the street after a busy day. We ended up staying for five or six. Although not on the menu, the waiter (Mathew in English) made an absolutely perfect Vodka Martini and my partner's Sex on the Beach was the best she's tasted. As I said at the time, Mathew mixed better cocktails than Cloud 9 at the Hilton. Chicago has a club downstairs which looked nice and was busy but we stayed upstairs for cocktails which were so good we returned the following night. The Mojito & Long Island Ice Tea were equally impressive and I only wish we had the time to try more. The cosy upstairs bar had a really friendly atmosphere and the prices were excellent for such a central location. There was a massive selection of drinks and well-priced food is available during the day. I would recommend Chicago to anyone and will definitely be back the next time we're in Prague.
