The team at the club lounge and concierge desk were professional and friendly. They made it a point to remember guests names, their preferences and even refreshment options. I would like to say these people took the word “hospitality” to a different level. All of them were very helpful and attentive with any requests. I’m only concerned that there were others that were really helpful that I was not able to get their names. Joo Song Sunny Park Hanji Yoo Aaron Park Macey Ha Eveline Song Annette Ha Zuri Lee Ethan Oh Woody Son Ava Kim Ginny Son Jenna Ryu Lora Kim Cherie Yang Selena Park – although she was working on level 6, she came up to say HI. Lina Ko – went through lengths to help my friend locate his lost phone. The staff make all the difference and Sofitel will be my hotel of choice each time I visit Seoul. I was unfortunately unable to get all the names of the staff serving on Level 1.

位置太棒啦。就在乐天世界塔和乐天冒险世界和乐天mall旁边，紧靠这石村湖，沿湖是一条串起很多小店喝咖啡的散步道，而且酒店对面就是一条著名的美食街。真是玩/逛/吃一体的最佳选择。

Our stay was excellent and exactly what you would expect from this brand of hotel. Our room was clean and modern with all the right details covered. The service was worthy of 5 stars. The location was perfect with activities close and transpiration convenient.

We cannot think of enough superlatives to describe the “Sofitel Ambassador Seoul”. In a word it was Sensational! We arrived in Seoul for the first time after a 15 hour flight from Toronto and were received so so warmly by the main reception and the reception on the Club Level. We stayed five nights and had a gorgeous spacious suite overlooking Seokchon Lake and the Lotte Tower. Housekeeping was impeccable with day and evening service. Being on the Club Level we had access to Club Millésime and enjoyed Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Evening Cocktails at Club Millésime. We also enjoyed Breakfast in Fait Maison and had an amazing Afternoon Tea in L’Espace. As beautiful as the hotel is what is truly outstanding is the service and attention to detail. I first dealt with the Concierge Team who helped us to procure pre-season Baseball Tickets, Leo (Dong-sik) Kwon, Rohan (Heejong) Chae, Josh (Hwanbeom) Kim and Danny Kang were absolutely amazing. Other staff who we dealt with Evelyn Song, Flora Kim, Jinny Kim, and Woody were all wonderful too. I wish I could remember everyone’s name as everyone one we interacted with was so warm, gracious and professional and all offered exemplary service. Many people dream about going to Paris for a weekend and believe me we love Paris too but our dream is to go back to the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul for a week or two even with the 15 hour flight! We cannot recommend the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul hotel more highly, one of our favourites in the world now. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food fabulous but it is the staff that makes this hotel so so fantastic. In a word Sensational!!
