I just started working for wawa recently (I just had my orientation this past sunday) and I wanted to log into my wawa account so I could check some payment stuff. For some reason I only get this response when I enter my username:
Unable to Authenticate

Unable to authenticate the user.
Your identity could not be verified. Please contact your identity provider's administrator.
I have looked around for an answer but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any advice?
I can access the honker perfectly fine but I can't seem to get onto anything else.

For Workday you need to set up the VIP Access app to log on at home. I will try to find the instructions I used to set it up as it has to be done in the store
