Arianne Zucker and Shawn Christian are Engaged!
Congratulations are in order for DAYS OF OUR LIVES stars Arianne Zucker (Nicole) and Shawn Christian (ex-Daniel), who recently got engaged! “Guess what?” the actor posted to Instagram with a video of pics of the actual proposal itself. “A new soul-inspiring adventure begins! I love surprises… and this surprise proposal on our boat cruise was a magical blessing. She said yes!
“I’m so blessed to begin another chapter with this wonderful woman who brings out the best in me as a person, parent, and partner,” Christian added. “Looking forward to the many soul-inspiring adventures ahead! Keeping this a surprise was not an easy task, but with the help of my key co-conspirators Taylor and Cameron, she never saw it coming!”
The actual proposal occurred during a wine tasting tour of Lake Tahoe on June 20, and yes, Zucker was surprised when he popped the question! “So, words can’t describe how happy I was this day!” she shared on her own Instagram. “Shawn completely surprised me on Father’s Day! I had no idea!
“This man has an unbelievably beautiful heart and he always seems to know how to make me feel so wonderful!” Zucker continued. “I am blessed to join him on this next adventure. Thank you, Taylor and Cameron, for helping to make this day full of love and happiness!”
Zucker was previously married to her former DAYS co-star Kyle Lowder (ex-Brady) and they have an 11-year-old daughter, Isabella. Christian also has a son, Kameron, from his previous marriage to Deborah Quinn. He and Zucker have been dating for years and we wish the couple all the happiness in the world as they become man and wife. And we can’t wait to see the gorgeous wedding photos!
