The exhibits are indoors and outdoors. The creations are mind-blowing! Chihuly us a genius whom I’d never heard if before my recent visit to Seattle.

The museum is on the grounds of the Space Needle, a 2-3 minutes walk away.

A fun day was had exploring the market. We did our own food tour having different dishes throughout the day. We started off early and first stop was the wonderful French bakery, La Panier. We had coffee, mushroom and spinach tartlets, and a chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious. Next stop was picking up mini donuts to share. We got the assortment. The cinnamon sugar donuts were still warm and melted in our mouth. We did lots of walking around looking at vendor booth items. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck on the waterfront. We were ready to switch over to lunch. We tried the ahi tuna at the Market. Next up was clam chowder from Pike Place Chowder. It was delicious and served with a piece of sourdough bread. We witnessed the infamous fish throw at Pike Place Fish Company. We stocked up on some fish jerky. We sampled fresh smoked salmon that is delicious. We had a mushroom and potato piroshki. We were too full to eat anymore, but we picked up gourmet sandwiches from the deli for dinner. We got a mozzarella sandwich and a portabella mushroom sandwich to go.

One of the best museums I have visited! I'm embarrassed that it took me so long to get here! Do not forget to cross the bridge and visit the outside Hangar! So many things to see that I would recommend 2 visits. They give you a "return visit" discount with your original ticket. I look forward to returning!
