Sunny Saints takes the time, has the insight to help people like us make the best choice in adding a new fur kid. We have been blessed to have adopted twice
from Sunny Saints and highly recommend them! They care about St Bernards but also about the people that adopt them. But knowing how to identify a reputable rescue group is extremely important. Especially when adding a new fur baby to your home. I can say from personal experience that Sunny Saints Saint Bernard Rescue gets an A+ . We learned the hard way and are now experienced adopters ourselves. Hereś why they rate 5 stars:
1. Sunny Saints takes the time know their rescued dogs. Yes your heart will go out to
every single one of these beautiful Saints, but Sunny Saints Rescue thankfully will
carefully evaluate each dog. They take the time to know them & will share with you important information so that you can make the perfect choice.
2. They have experience & know the breed traits well. They specialize in St Bernards.
Sunny Saints is also blessed to have smart & experienced people at the helm. These are not just St Bernard lovers, they know the breed inside & out and will help you better understand it.
3. They provide ongoing support for questions later on and don´t forget abuot you after the adoption. They are an endless source of information both pre and post adoption.
4. They function responsibly as an organization. They are organized. They are also very
aware of all the realities of recue work. It takes backbone to run a rescue properly.
Everyone at Sunny Saints Rescue has HEART and will work tirelessly to save these magnificent dogs.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Wendy R.Ontario, CA275Jul 22, 2019
Simply the BEST! These people truly care about Saints! Saints who need homes come from all circumstances, and Sunny Saints lovingly recognizes this. No judgment ever. If your life has changed and you want the best for your Saint, contact this rescue first. We adopted the kindest, most gentle, loving family member! He now is an ambassador and we are now a foster family! Keep up the wonderful work! You are truly making a difference in this world!

Excellent rescue run by great people. They work tirelessly to make an impact on the numerous Saints in the LA area. If you are looking to adopt a Saint Bernard, rest assured and adopt one from Sunny Saints. Founder Pam is one of the kindest people and the dogs in their care are well cared for and the fosters are super about understanding the personality of each one of these beautiful guys

This review is long overdue we've had our perfect saint Dessi for about 6 months now and we are forever grateful to the great people with Sunny Saints, the work that this organization does for these Saints is just unbelievable. They always put these dogs first and ensure that the situation is best for each individual dog. Although, we felt our family was complete adding Dessi to our party was just the icing on the cake. Thank you Sunny Saints!

If you are looking for a large dog, this is the place to go. These people truly care about their dogs and work very hard at saving as many saints as possible. We got our second saint from them and he is well socialized, healthy, and potty trained. He is the perfect fit to our family. They also I courage you to contact them at any point in your dogs life to ask them questions. They also throw an annual picnic get together for all of the sunny saints family! We will always get our dogs from this rescue! Thank you sunny Saints for making our family's life more complete!

This organization cares about Saint Bernard. My journey with Sunny Saints began when I lost my beloved Saint. I wanted a way to give back to the breed.
Sunny Saints cares about who adopts these animals. They care who fosters these dogs. They actually care about the dogs. You see, having a Saint Bernard is not easy. They require experience with large breeds, experience with grooming, cleaning ears, the type of diet these dogs deserve. And as with any canine, Saints also require you to be in tune with their needs. Bloat is very common but survivable if the owner knows the signs.
Sunny Saints vets potential fosters, adopters and volunteers because this breed means so much.
Thank you Sunny Saints for doing the work you do. We are all lucky to have you!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - JoJo C.Napa, CA034Apr 5, 2017
With experience dealing with other rescue groups, St. Bernard specific as well, I can proudly rate Sunny Saints 5 shining stars. We've been supporters since the inception and feel like I know everyone and would trust each and every one of them with my children. The board all have specific assignments, which allows them to function harmoniously and ensure that each dog ends up with the right family. I have picked up dogs from shelters and fostered for SS. I clearly understand the expectations of being a foster. Transactions are often tricky due to others schedule, questions and needs, but it takes a village to do what S.S. does. If there has ever been a question, Kim and Pam are on it. I've never once thought twice about donated funds or decisions that are made. Everyone goes above and beyond to get dogs into foster homes and adopted successfully.
