My husband and I don't go to the movies very often but regal Royal Palms was great, we love the seats and the comfort of home with a big screen in front of us. everything was clean and the staff was very courteous I will definitely go back with my family.

I absolutely love this movie theater it's not the big fancy type of theater like an iPic but it gets the job done you do not have to worry about super long lines well ...... for the food which is always long but the seats are assigned, no need to rush for good seats, they are comfy and recline all the way back, the air conditioner is always working, it's always clean and the popcorn is always fresh!!!!

They have a bar which serves pretty good drinks that are mixed via a machine. The Staff is nice and friendly.

They could use an upgrade on the restrooms but for the most part, not bad. I mean ... what more could you ask for from a traditional style movie theater.

Decent place to watch movies and avoid crowds. They had a good selection of snacks and reasonable pricing for popcorn and drinks.

Concession lines are extremely long and slow. It can take an hour to get food and drinks. Not worth the wait. Eat before you go, bring your own snacks or go to Wellington mall's movies.

I haven't been back in a very very long time and I will never go back. The process to buy a ticket now is that you have to wait in the concession stand where the food is purchase in order to purchase of ticket. We asked the manager if there is any other way of buying a ticket he stated online or at the 1 kiosk in the front. He also stated that if they did not choose to buy the ticket in the concession stand no body would buy food or drink and they would lose money he did not care that it took so long to purchase the tickets he was not very nice about it!

SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!!! Now to buy a ticket you have to stand In concession line.

This movie theater has come along way since I came here as a kid 15 years ago. I was hesitant to come here not knowing the improvements that they have made. I was pleasantly surprised. I can happily drink my adult beverages in peace during a new movie. They have new nice plush leather recliners that are electric with little tray tables. The snacks and food are still the same. I was just super excited about the bar. The only downfall is only one drink per person.. so both people have to leave the theater to get their drinks. Other places allow one person to retrieve two drinks. But otherwise great selection and setup.

We paid for tickets online and literally walked Into theater with no one to greet us... still it was a wonderful movie! Next time, why pay?

Additionally on the flip side to seeing a wonderful movie... I just want to know why is Regal Cinema always so darn dirty like it's a hood rat theater? It's not in a bad part of town. Trash even seems to make its way to the can (or close by). I've been to this cinema 3-4 times and each time, I've never seen a clean trash can. It seems like the staff or management knows the times the movies are let out and would have a crew to change the bags immediately or if low staffed, then add more trash can in pinnacle spots.

But it doesn't end there... the theater bathrooms were disastrous as well as toilet paper laid all over the floor. I wheeled my mom to the handicap stall and it was littered with paper sticking to her wheels on the way out. One of the hand dryers didn't work. Oddly it was a slower Saturday night as there was no rush of people in lines or waiting and the restrooms were sparsely filled... why was the carpet leading to theaters 10+ littered with popcorn crumbs? What the heck is wrong with this staff???

My husband made a crast comment when I asked what was wrong with that theater? He replied, "Honey, it's runned by millennials (implying that this is how irresponsibility they keep house)." I'm not sure that's the reality bc it looks like a a bunch of teenagers work there amongst a couple of 20-somethings, however they have no leadership in management. It's sad.

This place is nice and has all the upgraded seats just like Wellington's Paragon Theaters, so why on earth is it the slums... it's managed like it's in Compton? Are workers careless? Is it that understaffed? Is planing poor? "Come on Royal Palm Beach, take some pride in your establishment and (literally) clean up your act!"

Outside front right door of theater and the same overloaded cab was on the far left side of the theater...
      It's a nice looking theater.

I would never come here again. This theater was probably the nastiest theater I've ever been to... either employees are lazy or there's just little to no management service. First I'd like to say upon entry, there was nobody scanning tickets (not necessarily a big deal but clearly anybody can sneak in). Secondly, before walking into the movie, I stopped by the bar and ordered a margarita, only for it to be filled less than a quarter of the way. When I asked the bartender about the amount poured, he said that that's the amount he has to give. Understandable but the menu/presentation of the drink on the menu at the bar shows a full mason jar. Anyways, walk into the theater and the seats aren't even cleaned. There is popcorn on the seat and on the drink holder/table. Gross... especially during a pandemic ? What else does this theater not clean ?? Definitely not the bathroom because that was just as gross. Finally to top things off , a man was in the theater SNORING and disrupting the entire movie. My experience at this theater was horrible and in the future I'd rather make the drive to the AMC downtown

This has been my most frequented movie theater. Being born & raised in this area, Regal has been a big part of my upbringing & my social experiences as a child, to a young adult & even now. I feel that I have experienced the best & the worst regal has had to offer during my lifetime. They have made some significant upgrades inside of the theaters, especially with the style of the new seats. The theaters are always clean and there are no ill odors or dirty bathrooms. My biggest complaint would be the inconvenience of the ticket purchasing system they currently have in place. They have closed down the booth in the front & they no longer sell tickets at the booth inside, so now all guests must purchase their tickets at the concession stand.

I don't know if this was a ploy to increase sales at the concession stands but it has become super inconvenient for the customers. Unless you purchase a ticket online, you are forced to wait in long & slow moving concession lines just to purchase a ticket. Even if you have no intentions of purchasing food or beverages from the concession. On one occasion I showed up maybe 10 minutes before my movie was about to start, and missed the beginning of the movie because I was still waiting in the line to purchase my ticket. Since that experience I have learned to show up at least 30 to 45 minutes early, just so that I can get through the concession line and purchase my ticket without missing the movie that I'm paying for. I really wish they wouldn't make an executive decision about this dilemma because I really would hate to travel further into town to AMC just for a quicker movie going experience.

What a joke of a place! I usually buy tickets ahead of time and today we decided to go to the theater without getting them beforehand. We never had a problem in the past few times we did it...but I don't recommend anyone to do this at this location! No one was working at the ticket booth. Someone inside tells you to buy at the concession stand registers. LINES ARE RIDICULOUSLY LONG, plus people take really long buying their food...alright then, we would not have time to buy them AND be on time to watch the movie. Looked like a way to force every customer to buy food also, but backfired with us and we walked out to go to another theater. And yes, I bought tickets ahead of time this time.

If you want to save money with overhead, just get some self-service computers só movie goers don't have to be stuck on a 10-20 people line.
