He is survived by : his children, Darrell Glenn Smith, Jr. (Bree) of Jensen Beach, FL, Eric Smith (Nadia) of Kathleen, GA and Amber Elizabeth Miller of Boone, NC; his grandchildren, Jett Smith, Caleb Smith, Katie Smith, Maddison Miller and Emma Miller; his great grandchild Jude Smith; his siblings, Kay Dixon (Tracy) of Waycross, GA, Dianne Lee (James) of Blackshear, GA and Tony Smith (Delaine Harris); and his close friends, David and Lisa Roberts. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Music Funeral Home (1503 Tebeau St, Waycross, GA 31501). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
