Earl Robert Shupe, 27, of Mechanicsville died June 9,1993. Born on April 21,1966 in Cheverly, he was the son of Barbara Springirth Follin of Mechanicsville and Henry S. Shupe of Lexington Park. Mr. Shupe was a carpenter and an Episcopalian. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Kristin N. Shupe of Mechanicsville; a son, Kevin Michael Shupe of Mechanicsville; six brothers, Mark T. Shupe, Stephen L. Shupe, William P. Shupe, William P. Shupe and Edward W. Shupe, all of Mechanicsville, Henry Wallace Shupe of Great Mills and James Clifford Shupe, a sergeant with the U.S. Army in Kileen, Texas; a sister, Jennifer A. Shupe of Mechanicsville; and grandmothers, Blanche Stevens of Port Richey, Fla., and Dorothy E. Shupe of Washington, D.C. The family received friends June 11 at the Brinsfield Funeral Home in Leonard town from 5 to 8 p.m. where prayer services were conducted June 12 at 11 a.m. with The Rev. Charles R.C. Daugherty officiating. Interment followed at Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown. Pallbearers serving included his brothers. Funeral arrangements provided by Brinsfield Funeral Home.
