MRS. DOROTHY MCCARY ROBERTSON, age 81, of Saratoga Way, Summerville, Georgia passed away Tuesday morning, September 22, 2020, in a Rome hospital. Native to Chattooga County, Georgia, She was born to the late Ruben Thomas and Laura Gamble McCary on November 25, 1938. Mrs. Robertson, a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church was retired return clerk, from J. C. Penny Store. Beside Parents, She was preceded in death by grandchildren, Bryan Vogel, Robert Robertson, and Star Cook; several Siblings also predeceased Her.
Surviving are husband, Roy Robertson; daughter, Cheryl Vogel (Glen); son Gregg Tschudy (Connie); grandchildren, Steven Vogel, Tara McIntosh (Matt), Dillan Tshudy (Brook), and Melissa Tschudy; Seven Great Grandchildren; step grandchildren, Russell Robertson, Beverly Houston (Timothy), and Clay Robertson; step grandchildren, Phillip Johnson, Timothy Johnson (Angela), Jonathan Houston, Charlene Houston, Thomas Robertson (Amy), James Robertson (Amanda) Brandy Berry, and Holly Smith; Seventeen Great Grandchildren; One Great Great Grandson; several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral service will be Friday at 3:30 P.M. from the Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Pastor David Hayes officiating. Visitation from 2:30 til 3:30., Social distancing will be observed. Inurnment will be at a later date.
Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
