I have been going to Rick Ball Ford for many years. I take our vehicles to them for all of our service needs. They are always friendly and take care of our vehicles and preform repairs as needed correctly in a timely manner. We have bought vehicles from them as well. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE. I’m shocked!!!! I paid about double at other dealerships for the same product/services and this was by FAR the best service I’ve ever had. They were extremely nice when I walked in the door and was helped almost immediately. Super sweet people and extremely happy with the service I had!

This dealership has gone downhill with their service department. I came in with a recall and after the work was done they came and told me it was a warranty and my warranty was expired. Mind you I made the appointment 3 weeks before my appointment, they can see that my mileage had already exceeded the warranty (if it was a warranty dispute) so they didn’t do anything before hand to check this out! The day I came into Rick Ball to get my work done the computer were having issues. I was met by a surreally attendant he took my information grudgingly and snidely stated his computer was down…I told him I know that and I was trying to give my information that I already know he needs…my name, reason for the visit (I stated I was here for a recall work) and my odometer reading and I told him I didn’t like to be rudely interrupted why I was nicely giving that information! He asked if I was going or staying to while the work was done and I said I was staying. While I was in the waiting room 3+ to have the work done, there were 2 incidences where this same attendant yelled and shouted load enough at someone angrily about something…that everyone in the waiting room was aware that something was going on up there and it wasn’t good. He finally came out and told me after 3+ hours my work was done and it was not under any recall and my car was no longer under warranty and the work was going to be on me. I told him no it was not going to be on me…he had not come out and told me anything about there being a dispute in it being not a recall or warranty issue before doing any work on my car, I did not have a estimate nor did I see any paperwork while I was there! He said he get back to me and 20 minutes later he told me…”They were doing me a favor and the work was on them” snidely again from him…I left it at that but I knew that legally they couldn’t make me pay because I never signed anything when I came in to authorize the work and they never verbally came out and told me anything while my car was worked on! So, no they wasn’t on them and they were doing me a favor…they totally didn’t do their job for the day and were covering their tracks. I never got any paperwork on what they did on my vehicle. And I will not darken their door again! We were customers who bought Two cars in one day but I will go elsewhere…there are plenty of other places to buy from and to give my business too…

The service I received was great got there early and they went right on back and did my oil change then came to tell us car was ready

James was wonderful to work with, he was Kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and funny. Everything was fast and easy. They made what was a frustrating and difficult situation a lot easier. Thank you for all your kindness!

They got us in and out. If you have a government vehicle take it to this dealership. They are very cheap so most things can go on fleet card. I had GSA vehicle. I got an oil change, filter change, and replacement tire all under $100 without tax. They work with you.
