Rick Ball Ford

We had a mishap on an icy street while traveling through Sedalia, MO on our way home to Kansas City last week. Our car skidded into a curb and bent several items on the left front wheel. We had our vehicle towed to Rick Ball Ford Dealership. They recognized we were from out-of-town and needed help so they got our car in right away for an evaluation. They needed several days to repair our car and gave us a ride to a nearby rental car agency, so we could get transportation for the 1 1/2 hour trip home. Without their wiliness to give us immediate help at mid afternoon, we would have had to spend the night and miss work the next day. We can't say enough good things about the service department at Rick Ball Ford-Lincoln. Zach, Candy and Dom all deserve a shout out for their quick response to help us, the stranded motorists.
