We stayed here for the park and fly. Suited our needs very well. We did not expect the Ritz. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory. The shuttle (why we stayed) was very good and reliable. Our car was safe, and for the price of parking alone we were able to sleep the night before. Would recomend for park and fly, but maybe not for an extended stay.
Hotel is clean and convenient to airport. We stayed there because of their park and fly. There is only one elevator and unreliable. My husband was going down to checkout and elevator wasn’t working so took the stairs. Fell at the door entering hotel from stairs. Front desk offered him a tissue to cover up his scraped hand (no bandaids). When I was ready to go downstairs to meet him, I hollered over the balcony that elevator wasn’t working and they were able to get it functioning, The breakfast was simple, but satisfactory.
Do not every stay at this Ramada if you don't want 2 die. Houston FIRE Department is at this hotel due too the fact the elevator isn't working and a ole man got on it and got STUCK. The ole man is holding on for dear LIFE. The elevator is very hot no air flow no nothing. It's going on three hours now and they still haven't got the ole man out of the HOT elevator. The owners of this Ramada needs 2 be taken too court and have a lawsuit brought against HIM for everything they GOT. This hotel really needs to be shut down. There's roaches throw out the hotel two guest that have stayed at the hotel say they have been bitten by a rat while sleeping. A few other guest says they have woke up 2 BED bug bits on them and when they removed the sheets tha mattresses was full of them a long the edges. Just because the rates are cheap do not stay at this hotel. There have been over a dozen car thefts from the HOTEL. Guest have 2 park there cars n trucks in a grassy FILED that has no lights at ALL. Due not waste your time are money at THIS HOTEL located on JFK Blvd. You will regret it BIG TIME!
The room was clean and breakfast was okay. The pool and gym were not available which I was not made aware when I was making my reservation. I had my kids who were looking forward to swimming . So I was a little disappointed
I will never stay at the disgusting unprofessional establishment ever again in my life. I literally have the cash to buy and sell this business, but what an horrible investment that would be. I'll pass on everything.
It is noticeable this hotel is making upgrades all around. The property appears secure and safe. The staff was friendly and professional. The entrance is nice, so is the complimentary breakfast. The room is mediocre. The ice machine was out of service on the third floor. Don't book if you are a gym rat, their gym is sub-par. There is only one elevator to use. Overall I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10.
