Rachel Skarsten is an actress known for her striking performances in roles such as the Black Canary/Dinah Lance in The WB series “Birds of Prey” after being discovered by producer Brian Robins, Tamsin in Syfy’s hit series “Lost Girl” and Queen Elizabeth I in The CW’s popular series “Reign.” Other television credits include notable arcs and guest roles on “Wyonna Earp” and “Imposters.” On the big screen, her credits include Sam Taylor Johnson’s Fifty Shades of Grey, Michael Sucsy’s The Vow, Aaron Sorkin’s Molly’s Game and Natty Zavitz’s drama Acquainted. Skarsten can be seen as the villainous lead Alice in The CW drama “Batwoman,” from Greg Berlanti’s Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television. Most recently, Skarsten starred in “The Royal Nanny,” on Hallmark Channel.
