Always top notch services from the renowned Reverie Saigon! I have been with the Reverie Saigon since January of 2017, and I have been a loyal guest of them since then! Every year I would come back and stayed at the Reverie for Lunar new year, and during autumn as well. With the exception of 2021 because of Covid, I didn’t or could come into Vietnam at all. For 2022, I was itching to come back to Vietnam, especially back to the Reverie, because to me, it’s like home away from home. But there were a lot of difficulties and paperwork’s that I didn’t expect! Thanks to the helps of Assistant director of Sales Mr. Tony (Tuan)Nguyễn, Reception staff manager Ms. Jennifer (Trúc) Vo, and Residences front desk manager Nguyễn Thiên Trung, that guided me thru the process of getting into Vietnam! They treated and cares me like I’m belong to their family. Thank you very much for such an amazing service! That’s a reason why I’m always coming back to the Reverie! Thank you! And will see you guys again soon!

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had on a business trip to Vietnam. I clearly booked 4 double-bed rooms, but gave me 4 twin-bed rooms. After negotiating with the front desk, the other party did not apologize at all, and was unwilling to cooperate. They only offered to compensate for two vouchers for the hotel bar. The facilities in the room are outdated, the price is really unacceptable. It was the same when I was having dinner with a client in the hotel restaurant the next day. I clearly ordered a Western set meal, but the delivery was Chinese food, and the portion was very small, and the taste was hard to describe. Also no one came forward to apologize or make amends. The breakfast is the most satisfying part, it is the best one in the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City I have stayed in so far.

I'm so disappointed and surprised that there's no one speak Chinese in this 5 stars hotel. We are Tawaniese and both my parents can't speak English. I just made a reservation for them and they had seriously 5 bad days in you hotel because of the helpless feeling and no one can truly understand them. If you are Chinese or ********* who don't speak English. DONT chose this hotel ! You will regret that! For such a top-level hotel, there should be translators who can understand Chinese to help us overseas at the counter; this time I helped my parents arrange such a good hotel, and I also chose a very good room and a very top-level room rate to stay in, but because your counter does not have I can speak Chinese, and my parents can't speak English, so I don't know how to talk to you at all; I almost lost a lot of rights that I should have. After staying for five days and four nights, you didn't arrange Chinese translation until the last day, and the translation was over the phone, not a real person. It's really scary that such a service level appears in such a top-notch hotel! I will not recommend Chinese friends to go to your place next time. I am very disappointed that there is no service in Chinese!

We arrived with a tour group. We stayed two nights now we we had a break in between and did a home Stay so had to move Rooms and check in twice. Both times we had to wait at least half an hour in lobby to get our room Keys. The bathroom was disgustingly mouldy also. The staff were not very friendly. Over priced drinks. Great view from Top however.

We had booked a night first, arrived late and were surprised with an upgrade, here there were double windows, a huge room u great bathroom. It was also quiet, really good. The breakfast buffet was extensive, but it was cut high from 9.45 clock around us and was cleared u there was no coffee any more (though breakfast up to 10 pm). Had there been 5 points here. We then spontánically extended for one night, had expected that we had to change then the next room was simply glass, really small and directly above the kitchen, so from half six again and again, and you heard everything. There were masses of other rooms free, we could see in the open rooms around us, which would have been all better. It looked just like the sightseeing because we didn't want to pay a massive surcharge. The lake had more holes than the fabric, but was clean ....The night was also even more expensive than over booking, the friendliness of the staff in the kitchen, service, room girl and reception was expandable. Here nobody smiles, always had the feeling disturbing to be .... The location was good, everything important is walking around.

The hotel is in District 1 and the location is super good. Boutiques and currency exchangers are just around the corner (walk for two minutes). It takes 15 minutes to walk to Bincheng Market (Ben Thanh Market), or spend 10,000 VND (0.6 US dollars) by car. When booking, we asked for a signed suite and a quiet room. One of my family was lucky to upgrade the room to a family suite, so big that you can't believe it. The room on the 3rd floor was not too noisy. There was a smell of smoke in the room (we want a non-smoking room), and the air conditioner didn't taste that big when it was turned on. The bathroom was nice, a bit small, but beautifully furnished. Breakfast is delicious. But if you only eat Jewish food or halal food, pay attention to pork.

This was a truly lovely hotel. The customer service was outstanding, rooms were large and comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. The rooftop pool was beautiful, and the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploration. The only downfall - and this isn't the hotel's fault - is that the surrounding bar area was very noisy at night. Loud music played until midnight every night we were there (albeit, we were there on the weekend, so maybe it's quieter during weekdays). I recommend bringing ear plugs or asking for a room that doesn't face the bar street if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Dong Du Hotel is a lovely place. The tiny lobby is clean with welcoming hosts. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. And each breakfast is cooked to order. This small place is on a relatively quiet street. The location is lovely too. Just a 10 minute walk leads to Norte Dame Square, the historic post office, and Book Street. For a very special treat, cross the street at the hotel and head to a small food cart. Have the noodles. Absolutely delicious!
