I enjoyed lazy warm river experience, hot sauna and eternity pool with its views and steaming waters 1. Checking out process before leaving the premises needs some improvement. Why do I have to stay in line to just turn in locker room key? I have prepaid for the services on Get Your Guide Platform already. This checking out didn’t make sense to me at all. Overall experience was great. Want to bring my girlfriends next time 2. Please allow some selfies from the experience. I do not need to photograph other people, I would love to show MY selfies to my friends and family and brag about Nordic Spa visit. I see that you ask to show my photos on the next page. There are NONE, because you forbid phones, cameras and other gadgets

My friend and I had a tour with your company on Friday, Feb 23 at 9:00. We had an absolutely amazing time. Our guides were phenomenal, especially Mik. We were put at ease from the beginning and felt supported and challenged the whole excursion. The guides were knowledgeable about accommodating to the conditions and the people on the trip. Also, the choclate chaud and power treats were awesome!

Excellent, the bus arrival and departure was great, and all the hotel rooms were available. Great visit, highly recommend it if you only want to check out the Ice Hotel, keep in mind the Ice Hotel is only one part of the resort, there are other activities there but you need to purchase separately.

It was a great experience! We're amazed 👏 how they built up these Ice Hotel. Very interesting inside and we enjoyed walking around. Beautiful place to visit during Winter Season. All the best!
