Managers expect you to be moving lightspeed like they do also working far too many hours for anyone to realistically work and stay healthy. They push you to the max to give minimum.

Fun and productive workplace

Highly recommend, people are great and the work is something to be proud of. during the winter months it’s a lot of hours which is amazing but the weather does suck.

Fast pace and physical demanding but can be fun

Shift would start at 4 a.m. tuesday thru Friday, 6a.m. on Saturdays and 3a.m on Sundays (during regular season) peak seasons sundays would be at 1a.m. Typical morning would be to unload the planes and sort/ load the trucks with the cargo(packages) from the planes.

not a fun place to work

not a place to work at all. environment is not a friendly environment. And upper management sucks. the place is not the cleanest and most employees do not care about the job at all.
