If you take advantage of online and mobile banking you will have one sign on that gives you access to both – it’s convenient, quick and more secure.

Bill Payment
View or schedule payments right from mobile device or your computer.  Staying on top of/ahead of bills has never been easier.

External Account Transfer
Enjoy the capability to transfer funds between financial institutions with ease.

Debit Card On/Off Capabilities
Debit Card On/Off allows you to safeguard the use of your debit card at all times with your handy mobile device or through online banking.  Enable card on for regular use.  Fear your card maybe lost, stole or misused? Quickly turn off your card to reduce possible fraud and other inconveniences.

Quick Access to Basic Account Information (Mobile Banking Only)
With Auto Login, every time you touch the button to open the app, you will automatically see your main screen with balances and recent transactions. Your account number is masked for security and a password/PIN is required to access any other features.

PIN login gives you the ability to create a 4 digit PIN, instead of password, for faster login/access.

Mobile Check Deposit (Mobile Banking Only)
Whenever, wherever – depositing checks has never been easier. With Mobile Check Deposit, simply log into mobile banking, take a snapshot of the front and back of your check and we do the rest.

Biometric Authentication (Mobile Banking Only)
Use your Fingerprint or Facial Recognition for a log-in that permits only you fast access to your account (no password/PIN required).4

Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA strengthens security measures for your digital banking experience by adding layers beyond a login to confirm that it is you who is performing the task/transaction. With MFA you will be asked to enter a one-time passcode to authenticate your identity as you log in and perform certain transactions.

Location-Based Security
With Location-Based Security, we will utilize the location of IP addresses being used to access your digital banking session to allow or decline access. Digital banking sessions from foreign countries (any country outside of the United States) will be blocked.

  • If you are a resident within the United States – There is nothing you need to do – this added layer of protection in digital banking is already active.
  • If you live and access digital banking in a country outside of the United States5 – Please contact a Customer Care Specialist at 888-923-5664 to notify us of your residing country and the locations where you log in to digital banking so we can enable access to your profile appropriately.
  • If you are traveling to a country outside of the United States5 – Simply contact a Customer Care Specialist (up to 2 days prior to departure) at 888-923-5664, or through secure messaging in digital banking, to notify us of your travel plans. We will enable access to your digital banking profile for the specific dates and country of travel indicated.

Providence Bank & Trust does not charge fees for using the basic consumer and/or business mobile banking service. Mobile deposit, a feature within mobile banking, is available to consumers with no fee and is available to businesses with no fee for deposits up to $20,000 per business day. However, if a businesses’ mobile deposits exceed $20,000 per business day, a $25 fee per month will apply. In addition, your wireless carrier may charge you a fee for SMS (text) messaging and/or data usage, whichever is required for mobile banking. Other fees or restrictions may apply.

2 Positive Pay is a fee-based service, and although not required, it is highly recommended. Providence Bank & Trust does not provide fraud insurance or cover losses in the event of fraud.

3 There is a fee for credit/debit card transactions and Bank transfer/ACH payments. There are no equipment costs or per-item charges.
