How Much Snow Did Portsmouth Receive Yesterday?

New Hampshire was blanketed with between 5 and 9 inches of snow. Here are the details from the National Weather Service.

PORSTMOUTH, NH — The preliminary snowstorm totals are in by the National Weather Service from the Dec. 17, and Dec. 18, 2016, storm, and Portsmouth received around 4 to 5 inches of the white stuff. Anywhere from 5 to 9 inches of snow fell around the Granite State, according to the data.

The NWS is advising that, despite the warm up, some roads are a bit slippery. Some communities are also still seeing a mix of freezing rain, sleet, and wet snow. It will change over to rain and then, freeze again tonight. Expect black ice on Monday in some areas of the state.
