2 Indicted On Rape Charges In Rockingham County

Plus: North Andover, Massachusetts, man indicted on drug sale charge; felon faces weapon charge; Seabrook woman indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Lynn Ann Eaton, 57, of Folly Mill Terrance in Seabrook on two counts of theft by deception and two counts of accomplice theft by deception, all felonies. She was accused of selecting merchandise from Home Goods in Seabrook and returning it for store credit on Dec. 26, 2016, and Feb. 6, 2017, and working in concert with another to steal items from Home Goods in Seabrook on Dec. 28, 2016, and Feb. 8, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Brenden Garrity, 28, of Auburn Street in Manchester on three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping a woman in Exeter on Feb. 11.

Steven M. Grady II, 39, of Old County Road in Plaistow on theft by unauthorized taking and two criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on March 22 and damaging the truck as well as a 2011 Ford F-550 truck owned by Target Construction on March 26 in Windham.

Luke A. Grosskreutz, 36, of Lane Road in Derry on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Cotton Road in Deerfield on Jan. 4.

Amy L. Hall, 34, of Chestnut Hill Road in Rochester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of possessing a WB Mason freight van, believing that it had probably been stolen, on April 21 in Londonderry.

Michael L. Hann Jr., 32, of Joliet Street in Laconia on a felony habitual offender charge, accused of driving on Mall Road in Sale, on Nov. 24, 2020.

Stephen J. Hilton, 46, of Middlesex Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on sale of methamphetamine, possession of meth, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon, all felonies. He was accused of driving recklessly on March 5 in Salem.

Casey A. Holley, 43, of Prospect Street in Concord on a possession of meth charge on July 26 in Northwood.

Mario Nicholas Libby, 19 of Osprey Drive in Portsmouth on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a teenage girl on Oct. 30, 2020, in Portsmouth.

Raelle Marquis, 44, of Heartwood Lane in Concord on felony failure to report deemed escape and bail jumping charges on May 6 at the Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood.

Michael J. Masterson, 52, of Mildred Road in Raymond on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He was accused of holding a Sig Sauer 9 mm pistol in a threatening manner after exchanging words with another person on March 11 in Londonderry.

Kyle McDowell, 18, of Allen Street in Sandown on six possession of child sexual abuse images charges on Dec. 8, 2020, in Sandown.
