She married Edmund Mortimer 3rd Earl of March on 1 May 1368, in Reading, Berkshire, England. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 5 January 1382, in County Cork, Ireland, at the age of 26, and was buried in Wigmore Abbey, Wigmore, Herefordshire, England.

John Wycliffe, English theologian and professor at the University of Oxford, completed a translation of the Bible from the Latin Vulgate into Middle English. This translation is known as Wycliffe's Bible and was completed around 1382.
