Knowledgeable and obviously fond of her city she showed us the highlights and put them in historical context. It was raining and cold but Anita stayed enthousiastic and we did not skip anything. The bikes worked well and Vienna’s inner city is flat so great for biking. A great way to get a view of the city. We had a wonderful morning, highly recommended!Written December 1, 2023

She even timed it so that we were in front of the Spanish Riding School when the Lipizzaner horses crossed the Ringstrasse on their way back from their morning session! IT was my last day in Vienna so i wasn't able to take part in the tour the next day they offered. Even if I could have, I wouldn't have done it with Vienna ToursWritten August 13, 2023
- joshuapeel0 contributionsPerfect tour if you’re in Vienna for a few daysDavid was the perfect tour guide, very passionate and knowledgable, he cares about making a difference to your stay in Vienna. The shop was easy to find then we set out with him giving us detailed explanations of the history of Vienna at each stop. The cycling wasn’t demanding so it was nice and enjoyable. We saw more than we ever could walking and learned x10 what we would have known without David. We’d highly recommend and was great value for money. He even took us to specific spots for good photos!Written January 17, 2022

Excellent tour of Vienna. The tour provided a great overview of the city sights and Michal our guide provided interesting and informative history at each. He is a very knowledgeable historian! Also met some wonderful people while riding.

Need to have the minimum age higher. We had a young kid and all he did was complain and cause us to be late. I can’t blame the tour guide because she was excellent. The parents let the kid get away with being rude to the tour guide and we all had to listen to him complain.

Our experience is that even our young guests can keep up well with the group. This time it unfortunately turned out differently! We are very sorry!

I love bike tours as I find they are a great way of both learning about the history, culture, politics and architecture, but they are also a great way of covering a lot of ground and getting oriented into a new city. Margaret was great, and really informative. We were lucky to have a small group (a Dutch group was 15, our English group was only 4). The bikes are exceptional quality and they have helmets also. Highly recommend.

It was fun and a great way to get to know the city. Our guide was knowledgeable and respectful of everyones riding abilities. But it was a little bit too long at 3 hrs 30, and, as it was advertised as a 3 hr tour, we couldn't make it on time to our next event. We were also led without any prior knowledge to a cafe for a mid-tour break where there were no other options nearby to purchase food/drink. We had already purchased our substandard coffees before we were told they only accept cash, which we did not have on us, and had to therefore rely on the kindness of another tour participant to cover our bill, which was embarrassing to us.

Prefaced by the fact that the normal tour guide was a no show so the tour was done by the office manager.
The tour offered good albeit basic information about the sites in Vienna. It was a little disappointing to not hear of any fun stories from the rich history of the city. I would have hoped or expected that the guide would suggest ordering a melange from the coffee shop, or at least say that is how Austrians typically take their coffee.
Also, it did feel like the ride was also a bit speedy---perhaps necessary to see all the sites? Regardless, the ride was overall fine, and as expected, thus the average rating.

Fabulous tour. David was a very knowledgeable guide and kept the tour flowing and interesting. Bikes were easy to ride and most of the terrain was flat except for a little hill at the end. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn about the city and not wear out their feet with walking!

Our leader was Jake. We appreciated his knowledge and friendliness. We really got oriented to everything we needed to find the attractions we wanted to see going forward. We had a leisurely stop at the Museums Quartier plaza for socializing, drinks, snacks and bathroom. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour guide. Good route. Learned a lot, saw a lot. Was very hot, but guide encouraged everyone to drink water and offered to stop if people needed to buy a drink.

The Tour is very interesting and our guide David has an incredible knowledge about Vienna. The city is magic and so beautiful. Booking the trip was easy and very efficient. The bikes are in tip top shape which is also important. We enjoyed every minute and would come back again. Thank you David!

The Vienna bike tour was absolutely amazing. We covered so much ground, learned the perfect amount of history along the way, and felt like we really got to know the city during our quick 36 hour trip. Our guide mixed humor with historical facts and provided a safe guidance through the city. We were very impressed at how much ground we covered and how thorough the tour was — including a stop for drinks along the route! Was well worth it and highly recommended to anyone visiting Vienna.
