Puscifer just announces new concert dates for Halloween weekend. Maynard James Keenan‘s Puscifer will celebrate Halloween 2022 with two concerts and live streams too. This live stream titled “V is for Versatile: A Puscifer Concert Fil” also features music from the V is For the era of Puscifer, and Parole Violator: A Puscifer Concert Film features Conditions of My Parole.

Maynard James Keenan admits to events: “Those with creative minds are restless. Lockdown was only physical, not mental. The Pandemic was the perfect springboard and opportunity for us all to flex our creative muscles. Here is more evidence.”

Hildy Berger also comments about this live stream: “When life gives you lemons, don’t stop at making lemonade. Plant summa them lemons, grow some goddamn lemon trees, and change your pissy worldview. Hell! Make some dang Limoncello!”

The livestreams are scheduled to take place on October 28th, 2022. V is for Versatile: A Puscifer Concert Fil will come with CD and vinyl companions, and streaming versions. This live stream record will be to be released on November 11th, 2022.

V is for Versatile: A Puscifer Concert Film was filmed at Los Angeles’ Sunset Sound and will feature some surprise appearances with Parole Violator: A Puscifer Concert Film diaries the experiences of each band member and hints at the touring dates for 2011 and 2012 to support the album.

“V is to mean Versatile” was recorded at the renowned Los Angeles recording studio Sunset Sound which had clients like Led Zeppelin, Van Halen along with Elton John.

Live performance pieces show Puscifer singing and reinterpreting music from his “V is for …” period. The scenes feature characters that are recurring in the Puscifer universe such as agents Dick Merkin, and Major Douche, and some unexpected appearances along through footage of studios.

“Parole Violator” includes new adventures for Billy D, Hildy Berger, and Peter Merkin as well as an actual, track-by-track reconstruction of the album of 2011 titled “Conditions of My Parole.”

According to the press release the images with: “Evocative of Keenan’s northern Arizona residence” in Jerome with “striking images and dramatic lighting.” The show as a reference to the band’s tour in 2011/2012 for the collection concludes with a campfire sung-a-long.”

Puscifer will also continue its North American tour next month. The band also starts tours in San Francisco, California on October 13 before wrapping the tour in Prescott, Arizona on November 22.
