Dr. Paul Nassif performs Lady Gaga song at his wedding

A star is born.

Dr. Paul Nassif had a special surprise for his bride Brittany Pattakos at their blessing and reception ceremony in Santorini on Sunday.

“It’s a little embarrassing, but I sang a song,” the “Botched” star exclusively told Page Six Monday from Greece.

Nassif, 57, performed “Always Remember Us This Way” by Lady Gaga from “A Star Is Born.”

He told us he got the idea to sing a song after running into pals David Foster and Katharine McPhee while on a shopping trip.

“I know Dave very well, and so I actually started taking singing lessons from [Katharine’s] mother,” he said. (McPhee’s mom Peisha Arten works professionally as a vocal coach.)

The renowned plastic surgeon took between 12 to 15 voice lessons leading up to the big day, and thinks the performance ultimately went “pretty well.”

“A lot of the wives in the group were saying, ‘Why couldn’t you do this for me?’ and a lot of them were crying to their husbands,” Nassif said, before admitting, “My voice is OK.”

Nassif shared an exclusive video with Page Six of the special moment, which he timed to take place around sunset.

“There’s a part in the song that says ‘When the sun goes down, and the band won’t play’ and the sunset was one of the most incredible they’ve had in years,” he told us. “It was absolutely stunning.”

In the clip, Pattakos, 28, appears seated as her groom serenades her.

“When we saw the movie, we loved it and both cried,” Nassif said explaining the reasoning for his song choice. He also shared the couple did their first dance to “Is That Alright?” from the “A Star Is Born” soundtrack.

However, Pattakos had some surprises of her own at the reception. Since Nassif’s mother passed away in 2002, when it came time for the mother-son dance, Pattakos prepared a slideshow of photos of Nassif’s late mother.

“I was crying the whole damn time,” Nassif said. “From the first dance to [Brittany’s] dance with her dad to my dance with the photos.”

A total of 65 people flew out for the reception, held at the beachfront Rocabella Santorini. However, the couple actually tied the knot at St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church on Sept. 28.

The Los Angeles wedding took place in front of 70 friends and family members, including his co-star Terry Dubrow with wife Heather Dubrow.

Guests were told not to bring gifts, but make donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital instead.

Nassif told Page Six his sons with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof were unable to travel to Greece because of school, but were a part of his actual wedding. His eldest, Gavin, 16, was his best man and twins, Collin, and Christian, 13, were his ring-bearers.

When asked whether the newlyweds plan to expand their family, Nassif told us, “We’re not working on it now, but am I open to doing that? Absolutely.”

For now, Nassif and Pattakos plan to stay in Greece this week to “relax.” They will be enjoying their honeymoon in Mykonos and Crete, and then venture to Manchester where the plastic surgeon is opening a new medical spa.

Reality TV cameras have not been following the “Botched” star and his bride throughout their nuptials, but Nassif shared that because there was a personal videographer, there may be a chance that fans will see some footage make it on the show.

He said, “It’s not for sure, but that’s the goal.”
