Compared to the Home Energy Interactive website, it seems to have more stable and up-to-date data feed. However, the Energy Use functions are lacking. It fails to display daily usage in the morning and there's no way to scroll back by a day, just and error message. Same thing for the weekly chart on the first day of the week. And, there's no annual chart.

It shows on Dukes website a photo of the "Energy Usage" graph, which has a day, week, month option on the bottom. This is a lie, the app only shows month just like our billing statments. If we had more competion here in florida i bet there would be better graphs. They have the technology ready, just dont want to give it to us. this app is just to pay your bill.

Ok for paying bills & reporting outages but I wish there was more to be done within the app, like the things the app look like it's going to allow only to eventually direct you to call customer service-enrolling in budget billing, scheduling home energy assessment, etc. Beyond that, the periodic "error has occurred" issue that pops up when I'm trying to get in to pay my bill is a bit irksome.
