This hotel is really terrible, especially for the service. I called the reception desk for direction before I got there. The phone had been transfered for three people and then I could get the answer. And the bathtub in my room was blocked, I could not take a shower. So I called the reception desk to handle it. The one answered the phone just asked me to hold on and did not
listen to what my problem was. I was asked to wait for someone to answer the phone for many minus and then i hung up it. The next day I called the information to ask the working hours for spa, the one answered the phone just said he did not know it, and he did not find out the answer for me. I was extremely furious. What knid of service they are offering. No matter what you ask, they can not meet your satisfatory. It really a lousy place to stay.

The Orleans Casino is a Casino with rooms and that is about it.

Got a deal on their website where the rooms were $50 a night.
Rooms are outdated, there is a FEE of $13 for internet + they add $5.00 a night for a RESORT FEE?!

Our beds only had the minimum of sheets and blanket but NO COMFORTER?!

At least the housekeeping staff were very courteous. We were staying only a couple of days. The rooms are outdated.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Orleans, it is a great place to stay, after a long day walking the beautiful strip it's nice to go back to this adorable hotel and gamble, eat and drink and then go right upstairs and relax, trust me it's worth it...

I head to Vegas about every six months, and haven't stayed at the Orleans in over 5 years. My mom was visiting me over the holidays, and we decided to head to Vegas for a few days. I usually like to stay at a different place each time, but with a tight budget being the holidays and all, we decided to go cheap. At $25/night (off season) I thought I'd try the Orleans again. I don't remember ever having a bad experience there before, but just prefer to stay on strip.

Everything about it was perfect. The rooms were big, comfortable, and very clean. The wait staff was very attentive, and my drink was never empty. The bartenders were friendly, and bar drinks were not overly priced (like the on strip casino bars). There are plenty of choices for meals, with several restuarants.

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and stops midstrip. I actually found when taking taxis back to The Orleans it is cheaper than staying in a strip hotel because the cab drivers use all back roads, and the Orleans is located mid-strip, but off-strip, almost a direct shot from anywhere on the strip.

It was November, so the pool was cold, but, the pool area and hot tub open, which I really appreciate because I like to sit outside and read during the daytime ("recovering").

All-in-all I am very impressed with The Orleans, would recommend it anyone visiting Vegas.

As usual, we found the Orleans to be one of he best values in Las Vegas. Big rooms, clean, good gaming odds, lots to do, just far enough off the Strip to be convenient. A strong selection of good restaurants. Movie theater, bowling, and more.
They do have a smoke removal problem, and have discontinued their guest coupon book.

I stayed there when I came to Vegas for the Las Vegas Bikefest motorcycle rally. The room was large and the hotel was very quiet. My only complaint is that I asked for a smoking room with a king sized bed and when I arrived all they could provide was a non smoking with two queen sized beds. It is a couple of miles off the strip which I liked because I had a rented Harley and wanted easy access to and from parking plus somewhere I could keep an eye on the bike. The staff was pleasant and friendly with housekeeping speaking to you whenever they saw you in the hallway. I would stay there again.

Nice property, a little old now but very good value for the price. The room are big and nice. The only drawback were a weird smell from the bathroom sink and the heating system that are very noisy (but you don't need it in summer ;).
They have a shuttle that goes to the strip and it is very convenient if you don't want to drive at night. Unfortunately, it is often full.

My husband and I stayed here at the Orleans last summer for our anniversary and had a terrific time. The check-in was wonderful, they even gave us a better deal than we had expected! The room was very spacious and clean and amenities were plentiful. We rented a car to get to the Strip and branch out, but they offer a shuttle to the Strip. We liked that is was close enough to not be a drive, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. We will totally stay here again.

I have had packages delivered to the Orleans before I arrive. They always held them until I arrived. I just had to pick them up from the bel desk. This was last done 2 years ago so I don't know if policies have changed
