Interested candidates seeking admission in PG courses in Haryana have to fill the application form through DHE Haryana’s admission portal (dheadmissions.nic.in). Check the detailed steps below:

1. Visit the official website of Haryana PG Admission: dheadmissions.nic.in
2. From the “Online Admission 2021-21 for PG” panel, click on New Registration. 
3. On the following page, add personal details to register. 
4. After registration is completed, use the login credentials to fill the details.
5. Upload the documents required.
6. Submit the application form. 

Haryana PG Admission 2023: Document Verification

After candidates submit their online application, DHE, Haryana verifies their documents. Following which the merits are released. The documents which are required to be uploaded on the admission portal are as follows:

• Recent Passport Size Photograph.
• Signature of the Candidate on White Paper
• Classes 10th and 12th Detailed Mark Sheets 
• Graduation Final Year Marksheet
• Migration Certificate
• Other Certificates:
  • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Weightage Certificate (If applicable, such as NCC, NSS, Rural area)
  • Domicile / Bonafide Resident Certificate (if applicable)
• Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable)

Haryana PG Admission 2023: University Entrance Exams

Several universities in Haryana conduct entrance exams as a gateway for admission to postgraduate courses. Some of them are listed below:

• CUCET: CUCET is a national-level entrance test held once a year for admission to Central Universities of India. CUCET is conducted for 14 central universities including the Central University of Haryana, Narnaul.
• MDU CEE: MDU CEE is a state-level entrance examination for admission to M.Pharm and M.Sc courses in Haryana. Candidates who qualify the exam can apply for admission at:

  • Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra
  • Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa

• KUK Entrance Exam: Kurukshetra University conducts KUK entrance exams for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the university. For PG-level admission to Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Performing Arts (MPA) (Hons.) programs candidates need to apply for the KUK entrance exam. 

Haryana PG Counselling Process 2023

• After submission of application forms, DHE Haryana will shortlist applications based on scores obtained in the qualifying exams. 
• Candidates selected through the merit list should adhere to the admission procedure.
• The Haryana PG counselling process is held in physical means however, in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic, Haryana PG counselling process was held entirely online.
• Candidates will be allotted seats in universities of Haryana based on course and college preference combination mentioned in application forms.
• However, admission to a college is subject to availability of seats in the respective categories.
