- Martin RDublin, Ireland23 contributionsTraveled to this venue for the above event. It is located just a short train journey from the city centre, with a 10 minute walk after that. It is modernly appointed given that it is almost as old as myself(first gig - Yehudi Menuhin in 1963)! Great sound, I was also able to get reasonably close to the stage. Plenty of space to get away from the gig area to relax, or get a drink. - thaksaya pmannheim24 contributionsNew year's eve concert of Boris Brejcha excellent. Also the other djs were great. The new location is also good BUT I've never seen such a poor service!!! Getting a drink required every time 1h without exaggeration! Far too few employees, bad organization. Garderobe was the same disaster : getting the clothes after the venue required 30 minutes with only 7 persons in the queue!!! It is located right next to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and thus has quite a view visitors during the week. The food is great and I can recommend one of their tasty salads.

However, the sound was really great and there was room to dance and get a decent view of the band. It's set up really well. Place like this should better select and train their staff. Not a cool place sorry. - D222 contributionsAttended the 90's party last night with four other friends - 2 men, 2 women.
All of us experienced aggressive questioning upon entering the party. There is asking for ID and then making us feel like we are wrong for even turning up.
After 3 hours of fun music and dancing together all the men in our group were asked to remove our shoulder bags as it was a bad image for the club but our female friends could keep theirs.
One of our friends, she stood up to the security guard and told him it didn't make any sense as we had been there for hours which seemed to trigger his aggression further. Which he then took out on one of my male friends implying that they should go outside for a fight.
We quickly decided to leave as we felt very upset and scared from his reaction - he also decided to get one of his colleagues and intimidatingly follow us to the cloakroom.
Just to finish things of nicely the security team then harassed my female friend who stood up to the first bouncer for taking her paid for and bought drink.
As we left they just stood there laughing at us.
