VISTA-CustomAIr utilizes artificial intelligence to monitor and analyze the traffic patterns of individual subscribers and examine their Quality of Experience (QoE). Implementing Big Data and Machine Learning algorithm, it studies the network at a per user, per
subscriber level in real-time to gain information regarding what types of services subscribers are using, the service quality they are receiving and ultimately figure out adjustments that need to be made to enhance user experience. With these in-depth findings, operators can concentrate their resources on enhancing the quality of service and/or user experience that are not up to their standards and ultimately raise the satisfaction of their customers. VISTA-NetLiner taps into key interfaces between all nodes of a 5G network to provide full visibility for all call traces and data connections originating from each subscriber. To do so, VISTA-NetLiner collects and stitches real-time data including call trace, CSL (call summary log) and MDT (minimization of drive test). In case complaints of faulty connections are registered, operators can focus on the traffic of a particular base station or user to investigate the root cause of such faults, take appropriate measures to resolve the issues and maintain optimal network performance and guarantee quality customer experience. Key features of the NetLiner include the following:

  • Latency App: Control plane latency monitoring and able to focus on a particular gNB to check uplink and downlink control messages for better network analysis

  • End-to-end Signaling Troubleshooting: Control plane call trace monitoring for a given subscriber to analyze the performance of a certain connection

  • Trace Analyzer: Real-time control and user plane trace capture for a given subscriber during a given time
