Cross Country
The Williams Ephs led the NESCAC contingent of nine teams and 15 individuals competing at the 2022 NCAA Cross Country Championships on a snowy Forest Akers East Golf Course in East Lansing, Michigan. The Williams men placed sixth with 199 points to lead NESCAC teams while the Williams women finished ninth. Field Hockey | NESCAC Update
The Middlebury field hockey team claimed its fifth straight NCAA Championship in thrilling overtime fashion on Sunday. Amy Griffin scored with 2:33 remaining in the first extra session, lifting the Panthers to a 1-0 victory over Johns Hopkins. Middlebury becomes the first field hockey squad across all three NCAA divisions to capture five-consecutive titles. In its firts appearance in the NCAA Semifinals, Williams fell 1-0 to Johns Hopkins to end the Ephs' season.

Men's Soccer | NCAA Bracket | NESCAC Update
The Williams Ephs punched their ticket to the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Final Four with a 1-0 quarterfinal victory at Kenyon College. Williams will take on Mary Washington in the NCAA Semifinal on December 1 at 4 p.m. in Salem, Virginia. The Bowdoin Polar Bears suffered a 3-2 loss to Mary Washington in another quarterfinal contest played at Amherst to end their NCAA Tournament run. Mary Washington also knocked Amherst out of the NCAA Tournament prior to taking on Bowdoin. The Eagles and Mammoths tied 2-2 through 110 minutes of action and Mary Washington advanced with a 4-3 advantage in a penalty kick shootout.
 
Women's Soccer | NCAA Bracket | NESCAC Update
The NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Tournemnt runs by Amherst and Williams were halted in the round of 16. William Smith scored a pair of first-half goals to defeat Amherst, 2-1, while Johns Hopkins netted the game-winner in the 97th minute to post a 2-1 double-overtime victory over Williams.
