What is the best part of working at the company?The people. The other staff are often times people who want to make a difference. Great co-workers.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Leadership puts too many roles onto not enough employees. Very little investment in retaining employees. Long hours. "All hands on deck" mentality with little work life balance.

Generally, people are not trusted to do their jobs here. Everything is micro-managed through weirdness and coercion. Every good employee leaves as soon as they can. Their mission is fake.
