Amazing experience! My spouse and I love Omni and have stayed at several locations, this was a new one for us and knocked it out of the park. Like a literal oasis in the desert. Very family friendly, if kids aren't your vibe go somewhere else. The lazy river took literal years of stress off my life, will be visiting for future day trips!

Instructions to get the elevator key couldve been clearer but once it was issued, access to the pool was easy. There are 2 restroom stalls available and towel service came about 3 times during my 3.5-hour stay. There are 3 cabanas, not in the greatest condition however if you need shade this would be your only option as no umbrellas are out. The cabanas are first come first serve. Plenty of lounge chairs. We felt like VIP, the staff were amazing!

We have stayed at the Gaylord a few times and its always nice. The worker at the spa treated us like second rate citizens because we were not hotel guests - which is funny because we paid just as much to use the facilities. It was unfortunate because its so easy to be hospitable.

I enjoyed the elegant atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They made you feel pampered.

Pool is great!

I have been here before and loved it. Unfortunately this time I was treated poorly. I brought my daughter who is under the age of two. One of the staff members came up to me and rudely said I only purchased one pass but I have two people. I told her my child is under two and ResortPass says 2 and under are free.
