We visit at least three times every vacation to mix it up with the fine dining experiences available in Naples. They get my steak right 100% of the time which is more than I can say about some of our ‘fine dining’ restaurants. It’s casual,...friendly at a great price, with friendly professional staff. Two couples dined on a Tuesday night. No waiting. Included in our order was wine, breaded mushrooms, salad, steak, lobster tails (kind of small) and dessert. Everything was very good. Service just a bit uneven as we waited a bit for dinner plates to be...removed, but otherwise, a very good experience. The manager stopped by to check on us, so they're taking care of customer needs. Last night my husband and I ordered 2 Filet Mignon dinners from Outback Steakhouse in Naples, FL on Route 41. We got broccoli and baked potato as sides. The Filet Mignon was different. Highly salted, spiced and you could shred it like stew beef. We...both had trouble digesting our dinners. The meat was NOT the same. The baked potato was huge (almost too big) and the other baked potato was old (one you would not serve). So we ended up splitting the larger potato. It seems like many of these restaurants are raising their prices and at the same time giving less food, less quality meat than what they once served. Disappointing.More

As a usual sit down customer, I love all outback’s but this is my favorite. I tried curbside pickup for the first time at this location. And was disappointed with the food quality considering I’m paying normal inside dining rates. I called and spoke with...“Mark Davis” the manager. And expressed my concerns, he promptly came up with a solution, apologized, made sure it would be addressed with his staff. And he was a perfect balance of professional and friendly. I will be returning to this location but probably will only stick with indoor eating at outback locations. Thanks for the service and gift cards Mark! It was lunchtime and my friend was hungry! She suggested that we go to Outback for burgers. I had never been before so I was up fo it. We walked in and were seated immediately. Menus were provided and our drink orders were taken. My...friend ordered a beer and I got a glass of the strawberry lemonade. It was cold and delicious. After looking over the menu, I ordered the classic burger medium well with cheese and my friend ordered the same, medium rare, no cheese. We made small talk until our food arrived. My burger, in. Addition to cheese, contained lettuce, tomato, onion and a slice of pickle. The burger was cooked to perfection and was delicious. Our waitress was accommodating and attentive, the restaurant was clean, the restrooms maintained. Toward the end of our meal, my friend ordered another beer and I got another lemonade. The meals were reasonably priced and I would recommend and return.More

Been going to Outback for years when visiting from UK Love it. Good steaks .. good value . But .. went this evening to the Naples, FL restaurant.. ordered loaded baked potatoes with the filet. Got a potato with a ridiculously small spoonful of topping....If this is loaded, hate to think what unloaded is like. Dreadful penny pinching. Nothing like the photo or what we have had in the past. For the sake of a decent topping on the potato (probably their smallest overhead) they have lost a regular customer. Bad showMore

Had not been to an Outback Steakhouse for years. From the moment we sat down until we left the whole experience was awful. We ordered the Bloomin Onion, which was extremely greasy. Your hands were covered with grease. We ordered one drink, and that came...out wrong in the way it was made. Our Rib Eye and Classic Prime Rib were both ordered Medium rare. When they came out, the Rib Eye was cooked right but very tough and difficult to cut. The Classic Prime Rib was so rare and hard to cut that the meat was sent back. Was offered a replacement, but we refused. We will never go back to that Outback again. Such a disappointment.More

I came in to this Outback, it had been a while since I last enjoyed a fantastic meal. I was with a group of friends upon seating, I noticed many changes such as decor and a very nasty smell. My friends and I were greeted...very slowly, our server, “Jorge” seem stressed, or very uncomfortable. He was nice but was not too clean also, I liked his shyness. Upon ordering our food, we waited for salads they never came until I asked our server where were they. I’m unsure why I had to ask for the’, when I asked him for a drink he offered no recommendations, very unprofessional!! The point of this review is that he never checked on us, I just find this whole ordeal ridiculous, especially since we are located in downtown Naples. I think I’m going to try my luck by the OTHER OUTBACK LOCATIONS.More

I hate to be that person but i am appalled by the experience I just had. I came to eat at the Outback and had a horrendous night. My meal was terrible from the parking all the way to the dessert. I came to eat...on 12/17/2023, a Sunday after a fun day in Naples. We came to this location and had annoying time parking (not enough lights), I could not find a decent parking spot. I did not have to wait to long, but my server Jorge was not skilled. I think he needs more training, my food was brought out cold, and then when it was recooked it was incorrect. The biggest thing is i feel like he did not have a proper way to handle the situation, i need a manager when it was incorrect in the beginning not when my children are trying to leave!!More

We were in Naples for a couple of days and we wanted a nice meal and you can't go wrong at Outback. We always get the blooming onion. I got the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp and my wife got chicken and shrimp. Very good....Mark our waiter was excellent and he was funny and we appreciated that.More

We've probably visited this location 25 times in the past five years. Have never been disappointed. Sorry they took the blue cheese iceberg salad off the menu... Sometimes we eat at the bar, and sometimes get a table...depends on the wait. Our most recent visit...wasn't quite up to par. We ordered the filets and they were ok...kinda tough, but still good. I wonder if they're changed meat purveyors or cut the grade down, these weren't the tender, juicy steaks we've come to love . They still make the best Brandy Manhattan in Naples. And the bread, to die for!More

Odd greeting from disinterested teenager and despite the fact the our server tired his very best the food was awful, the steak was like shoe leather and the side dishes either overcooked or greasy. There appeared to be no one in charge which explains the...odd and lacklustre atmosphere. I am really surprised as we have always enjoyed this chain.More
