Hard to reserve due to shortage of space.

I enjoyed everything about this resort! We travelled with an infant, so having a balcony over the marina never got old in the evenings! Music is playing starting in the morning until 10pm- I really liked that! The staff were so kind and welcoming every time you came through the door. Housekeeping was magnificent- they even made my sons bed with his stuffed animal he had gotten from the Naples zoo! Everything was so clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back!!

The only thing that could be a slight downfall for some would be that the pools are about a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel.... which I didn’t mind, it was a nice stroll with the baby.... but if you need to go back to your room for anything it’s a little walk. It wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

Service was outstanding! Comfortable beds and great pools. All and all a great experience.

Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff, and a wonderful location makes this resort an ideal vacation spot!

Anthony and the pool area staff were on point. The chairs are very tight, but they were the best part of the stay. Members lounge with music and sliders was a nice way to finish the evening.

Under staffed at the front desk and Bellman. Shuttles were not readily available. Front desk was very difficult to cooperate. Waited 40 minutes for a 1 mile pick up. Bathroom power outlets were tripped. Received two waters the first day for four people. Power was off in the breakfast lounge. Had to go to the Marina restaurant to purchase coffee and metallic breakfast. There was nothing in our room for wifi or a password. Not great value.
