rooms are very spacious and comfortable. the location is a little bit away from the action on 5th Avenue but only a 10-15 minute walk away so it’s nice and quiet. the club facilities are excellent- lovely pools, great gym and tennis courts. we had been here before and will certainly come back again. I notice that a huge bit of land opposite Naples bay is levelled and marked for construction- accommodation, shops and dining. will make the property even better when completed with all that just nearby.

the one thing I would like would be if there were a simple bar area in the resort. there are Restaurants and the Nosh restaurant does have a bar area but it’s very up market. somewhere just to have a casual beer at the end of the day would be good. but there are great bars at Tin City close by so it’s not the end of the world.

Te room was very spacious and the amenities were amazing.

I was not so crazy about having to take a shuttle to the pool/lazy river. You were not allowed to drive there in your car which meant you had to be on a schedule that the hotel put forth.

The rooms were very clean, large rooms with balcony.

The Cafe by the bay was wonderful, coffee, sandwiches, breakfast food was delicious. Amir was so friendly and helpful.

The shower head wasn't adjustable, too hard on the skin.

Staff were great, champagne on arrival was a nice touch. Place was beautiful inside and out. The marina view was breathtaking and location was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do.

We got a little lost trying to find the reception desk/lobby on arrival. We missed it and ended up in the parking garage and could not tell where to go.

Loved the complementary beach shuttle with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. I liked that the resort is walking distance to Tin City. I liked the adults only pools and saunas.

Didn't care for the valet parking. I would have preferred to come and go as I please without having to ask for my car.
