The resort staff's service that we experienced was excellent but that was to be expected for the area and price point. The room we reserved and got was a harbor view with a king size bed. The flow of the room was a typical large sized hotel room with the exception of the very nice sized bathroom. You can reach Tin City and other attractions if you don't mind short walks (2 mile round trip). No issues were experienced on this two night stay.

The standards of excellence remain great. The service is always fantastic and the lobby renovations are done beautifully. We like the two bedroom suites and are as comfortable there as we are at home.

Looking for a perfect "get-away" for a few days. Highly recommend Naples BayResort. Lovely accommodation overlooking scenic Marina, property inside & out very well kept and staff catering to every need. Shuttle service to all areas within the resort and also to Naples Downtown, Fifth and Third Streets for many restaurant choices and shops very near to the resort. The Naples Bay itself has very good restaurants and a spa, family and adult pools and fun Lazy River so you never have to leave the property if you're so inclined. There are so many positives about the Naples Bay Resort once you accept that Old Naples is close to an excecutive jet airport and multi-lane highway and are not concerned about the noise then you have much to look forward to. We stayed for a four night vacation and the accommodation was a one bedroom suite which was fully equipped five star apartment looking out over the marina. However not all rooms had this view so room choice would probably have a large bearing on your opinion of the hotel. Although the pool complex is a five minute walk and is not directly connected to the hotel due to the geography of the location but once there it is an outstanding facility. Many contributors have mentioned this as a negative but with Resort hotels in general you can end up walking a few…

As you mention The Club with its first class facilities is a short walk from the hotel and marina but well worth it. If you do not feel like taking the stroll you can hop on the shuttle that takes a couple of minutes to transport you there. The room was great the resort was good the terrace had road noise and was on the flight path for the local airport. If you stay here select a room on the Marina side of the resort. There is also a long walk to the pool facilities.

The marina view is certainly the most requested and booked and fortunately we have a high proportion of our rooms that have that view. The walk to our Club is about five minutes but we do offer a regular complimentary shuttle for guests who prefer not to walk. I think you would agree that The Club is a fabulous facility with several pools, lazy river, tennis, fitness, spa and our BlueWater Bar & Grill. It is a wonderful area to spend the day enjoying the beautiful Naples weather. We had a great meeting here. Meeting and sleeping room were wonderful. I only had two problems. The hotel is about a mile from downtown restaurants and there was only one hotel shuttle bus that was in service and that made it difficult to get my group to the restaurants on time. The other issue was the might want to upgrade the business center.

Wife and I stayed here for a few days and had a very relaxing time. End suite on the third floor overlooking the marina was just perfect. Quiet and relaxing time is what we were looking for, and that's just what we received. Definitely will return. Very convenient to downtown Naples, Fifth Ave. South, shops and restaurants. Beach is just about 10-15 mins. away.

Just spent 7 nights at the Naples Bay Resort and are already looking forward to returning for April vacation 2018. We stayed in "The Cottages" and our unit was just supberb....spacious, quiet, bright, comfortable and welcoming. We pretty much spent our entire vacation around the pool with our kids. The waitstaff were super attentive, courteous and friendly and we ate lunch here 5 days in a row......thats how good the food and service. Even thought it was one of the busiest weekends of the year, we never had any issues snagging lounge chairs or an umbrella around the pool. You can definitely walk downtown, but we took an Uber on several occasions and it cost around $6 one way.......cheaper than paying for parking downtown and less hassle. It has a pool, lazy river, whirlpool adult pool, and restaurants. It's just what kids like. The rooms were very nice and the marina was beautiful. The map was a bit confusing but then I figured it out. People were friendly and lots of events are there. The yoga class was brilliant. The only con is that it is very far away from the beach. There is one small pool that is at the hotel. The nicer pools however are at the tennis club area. I would strongly advice taking the complimentary shuttle golf cart to this area. It is much too long of a hike for a young child or older adults. The pools are much larger and have more fun activities for kids.

There is a shuttle. 5 minute ride maybe more depending on traffic. They pick you back up.
