Recovering Myspace information through old email address.

Hi

I've been desperately trying to log into my old Myspace account that I made with an old email address. I have managed to get into the old hotmail.com address, and have gone through the relevant steps on the Myspace login page to retrieve my login information using the original email address. The problem I'm facing is that no matter how many times I request new password information, the email is not being recieved by my hotmail address. 

I've sent an email to my old address from my new address and it received it fine. 

Is outlook automatically blocking Myspace emails? If so, how do I stop this? As it's becoming very frustrating!

The issue in receiving emails could be due to a change in your Junk mail settings, among other things. Below is a list of the settings that you can check, which is derived from the support article also found below.

1. Check your Junk folder for the missing emails.
2. Make sure your mailbox isn't full or close to its limit.
3. Check your Inbox filter and Sort settings.
4. If Focused Inbox is enabled, check your Other tab for the missing emails.
5. Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders list.
6. Check your email rules.
7. Check to see if email Forwarding is enabled.
8. Check if your account is blocked.
9. Remove some connected accounts in excess of 20.
10.Contact the sender and inform them about the issue so they can also check on their end.
