Wow! Mudhugauv Is Introducing A New Genre To Malayalam Cinema!

Mudhugauv, which marks the debut of Suresh Gopi's son Gokul Suresh Gopi, is gearing up for a release. If reports are to believed, the film will hit the theatres on May 13th.

The makers have tagged the film to be caper thriller, a genre which is entirely new to Malayalam cinema.

The film has been directed by debutante Vipin Das and this new attempt is a promising one for Malayalam cinema. Caper thriller is a genre which is much popular in Hollywood and films of Quentin Tarantino and Guy Ritchie are examples of that.

The trailer of Mudhugauv which received much applause and appreciation hasn't revealed much about the storyline. The latest posters of the film do stand close to the genre of the film.

Gokul Suresh Gopi would be seen as Bharath and Arthana, daughter of actor Vijayakumar, would be seen in the role of Ganga. Interestingly, actor Vijay babu would be seen in the role of Rambo and would be appearing in an all new get up.

The film has an ensemble star cast comprising of actors like Soubin Shahir, Baiju, Hareesh, Neena Kurup etc.

The film has been produced by Sandra Babu and Vijay Thomas under the banner of Friday Film house.
