I cannot wait for the BikeNYoga classes to begin again this summer. A great combo of aerobic and anaerobic excercises. I always prefer to have my yoga in open because it is harder to focus and takes more experience to get to that meditative state of mind. I think it will be a bit harder for novice to get used to the distractions in Central Park but for intermediate level it is a great practice. The instructors were very nice and the bike ride is a good way to put you in that state of mind. Definitely looking forward to this summer and the clases

I made reservations here for my husband and I to have a couples massage (prenatal for me) and I was so glad we did. They were actually the reason we decided to stay at the hotel where they are located (Hyatt Times Square). Not that it was required, but it made the pre appointment and post appt a little easier because we could decide to just go back to the room and relax more or go change, etc. The prices were not inexpensive, but relatively commensurate with other spas in high demand/urban areas. There were no high pressure sales of the products that were used and had we desired it, we could have used the spa that whole day with it's other features like the steam room, etc. If we had a longer stay in NYC perhaps we would have opted into that, but it wasn't to be this time around. Overall, I'd recommend, just don't be surprised at the price points, as the service was excellent and everything in Times Square is more expensive.

My massage deserves a 5/5. I can’t complain about that service. The space is also incredibly clean and elegant. From once you step into the Chatwal hotel which is classic, you’re in a good space and energy. Unfortunately, after my mini massage, I assumed that I would have access to the pool and was told by the front desk that it was not possibly. No one was a even at the pool and i was told that I could pay more... I felt duped as this is not on the website and you would think that ANY customer could have acesss to services not just customers that purchase something services. It definitely ruined my experience and I probably won’t be returning unless they learn to treat all clients equally. Very disappointing especially after such a wonderful massage....
