The rooms are beautiful. the hotel itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately on this trip there was a change in clientele. A fist fight occurred right by the restaurant we were eating at. Although people were calling LOUDLY for security it took them a while to respond. People should have been ejected from the property. They had young children with them DISGRACEFUL!! Vulgar language in also not acceptable!
Had to change rooms due to being to cold. Did not realize after changing rooms...to cold cant control thermostat, had to wear jacket and or sweatshirt to stay warm, elevators too slow. Not allowing me a choice to purchase a hotpot for tea. Was told i would have to constantly order room service for hot water in hotel, not advising me i could rent a hot pot for $11. Room service did not show up everyday, had to call housekeeping. Used 2 items in bar they charged for 3. Im so done with this hotel. We paid too much money to stay at this hotel for this inconvenience. I will not be staying here ever again!
The location is amazing
The detailed both external and internal are great
From outside multiple location that are recognizable and a great photo opportunity
On the inside a clean and pleasant setup again with a great feel
We stayed at the Venetian over the Christmas holiday. All the staff we interacted with were excellent and the location cannot be better! The room is nice and we paid an extra $45 per night for a better view. Of course being a large hotel walking from one location to another can take some time, though it is part of the fun. ]
Our only problem was the room. Upon entering the room I took a look around and in the bathtub were about 10 or more human hairs. I am not usually grossed out by hair, so if I see one or two, I'll let it slide. I am not sure how this room was released for guests as I could not believe the amount of hair!
Also they clearly didn't check through the drawers as a previous guest's underwear was still in the drawer.
Check in process was a bit slow, though a lot of people were trying to check in at the time we arrived.

When I checked into this room the guy at the counter told me that he would upgrade my room and I said fine the room I had paid for was very nice what I didn’t know was there was an upgrade charge of $1200 he did not explain that to me he did not tell me to put that on my credit card I did not know there was a charge until I checked out this is total corruption. The hotels in Vegas are in desperate need of clients no one is going and therefore they’re doing all they can to steal our money I will never go back to the Venetian and I would not recommend you going to this corrupt hotel if you do I’m just telling you I’m giving you a warning they will find ways to take your money . Water is $11 per small bottle 12 oz coke is $7 and special bottled water is $48

Beautiful hotel, a lot to do from shopping, restaurants and bars. It is good for the experience. But is it really worth the money. The resort fees make no sense at all. $53 dollars a day and it go towards nothing. Just extra free money for the company. Even if you can afford it and don't care about the money still I would assume most people would like their money to benefit them. Would I stay there again? No.
