Once again a decent stay at this hotel. I like the location and proximity to the interstate. The lady on reception when we arrived was fantastic, very welcoming and informative (I can’t remember her name but it began with a D). The room was as expected, it was clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast was good, plentiful and varied. Overall great value for the rate paid.

I enjoyed the amenities of the park very beautiful trails and property. I would not recommend the 1915 restaurant. My stay was beautiful, the food and restaurant were not. I would come back again just because of the value and the nature walks.

We are so impressed by how nice the rooms are and even more so with the kindness of the staff. We were having so many issues booking our next hotel in new york city and the staff here entertained our kids and helped us navigate our next destination. We were so grateful

My wife and I were working with Holiday Inn at Peekskill, NY for 2 years for our dream Hallowedding. We have had to push it back 2 years due to the pandemic. We finally had our dream hallowedding on 10/21/22. We rented the Hudson room for rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. The fee was affordable and the space was big enough to hold everyone and more. When we checked in, the front desk stated this is for the "Bride and Groom" -- as a queer couple, we always hear people assuming we are straight. It's quite exhausting to still hear this. Our suggestion to the Holiday Inn Express at Peekskill, NY (we have also emailed this request) to opt for another way to state a couple/newlyweds. If anything, ask how people identify and what terminology you wish for them to use. Everyone who booked a room to stay at the hotel complained about the same things. The beds are really really hard and the pillows (despite saying firm) are too soft, our heads just fall into the mattress). I hope the hotel can at least update the beds in the near future -- too hard to sleep on more than one night. To counter the bed situation, the shower was out of this world. Usually, you go to a hotel and the pressure is bad and you cannot get hot enough water. The shower was amazing!!! The breakfast options were better than most free breakfasts at other hotels. We had to use this hotel with our Hallowedding because of the package of using the shuttle to pick up our guests from here to the venue and back. Overall, our experience was good, just wish there was a more queer-friendly experience when checking in for our wedding.

We were there Monday afternoon Oct 24 until Tuesday morning Oct 25 for a family funeral. Check-in with Virginia was a breeze, and she was so kind to give us a “bereavement discount”! Krystal, Front Office Manager, took care of our checkout on Tuesday quickly & with a smile, so that we could get to the funeral service at the local church on time. Also, the room and lobby were immaculate! My husband needed the handicap room and bathroom after a recent hospital stay, and this was all ready for us ~ it was the BEST room & bathroom for him after his mobility issues. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in the Goshen area!!!!

We had an overnight to visit the outlets. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but felt like it need some updating. Slept well. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very good compared to previous Hampton Inn experiences!

Held our wedding reception event here. Everything went smoothly the day of the event: the setup, cleanup, and coordination with our caterers and planners was all quite smooth. Coordination up till the event quite smoothly as well. There was a bit of confusion with our hotel block (exactly how many were guaranteed by the contract was not clear), and the hotel warned they would not allow early check in for guests the day of the event, but it seems like they were able to provide early check in for guests who needed it. Additionally, they had multiple events at the hotel but unclear signage about which event was whose and where to go - some of our guests got lost.

The hotel had bad connectivity to the internet. The IT department is exceptional on campus except in the hotel. The staff was great but generally not well-informed about the history and traditions of the Army and West Point.

Clean and comfortable beds & clean bathroom. Hospitality was great ! A little store attached, kind of expensive but very convenient. Breakfast included with stay which was lovely. Our housekeeper Chrissy was very polite, knocked on the room door to see if we needed anything.

Room was clean, but smaller than usual Hamptons. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean. The breakfast area is well designed, and spacious, and outdoor seating is available for covid safety. A business center is conveniently located on the ground floor. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. We would stay again. Gas station is nearby as are some restaurants. Great travel location at intersection of two expressways.
